Calgary Transit app ProtoType

Goal:

To redesign the MyFare Calgary Transit App in an effort to improve overall user experience.

Project Statement: 

As a group we first researched and analyzed the current app to detect any issues or concerns. Determined what users would prioritize when using the app and made changes based on their needs. This lead to the development of both low (Scketches) and high (Axure RP) fidelity prototypes, usability document creation and testing which involved developing different scenarios and tasks for each participant to do. Usability scores were calculated and feedback was recorded, allowing us to see what worked and what didn’t. Overall, the user and their experience was our biggest priority.
