PROCESS DOCUMENTS

Goal: 

Use the principles of information architecture to develop a structure for two standard procedures for the City of Calgary, and to make sure they have the same look and feel.

Project Statement: 

I attempted to use principles such as chunking, labeling and hierarchy to create well laid out documents that could easily be followed and understood by the user. Using Microsoft Word, I applied different styles for the different levels of headings and used a specific color scheme to match visual style or brand.
